At Tyler McGillivary, we want you to love your unique pieces, which is why we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; please note a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the packing slip is included inside the box before sealing.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our studio.
